Ran at lake with Dad.  Ran slow but took hills at MP pace- looped back after finishing hill and then would run it again.

Legs felt very tired at start recovering from consecutive hill workouts.  After I got out of the wind and started to open up my stride at MP pace, felt much better.  Each mile got better as the run progressed.
